Job Description:

b.Ensure that all necessary documents and information required for account opening are presented / available before opening of an account.
c.Maintain and ensure proper capture of information on customers for further use by related departments.
d.Proper management and processing of customer accounts.

2.Respond to general customer inquires, balance questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional image of the Bank through phone interaction

3.Ensure smooth functioning of Banks product and services related to customer service management

4.Maintain, process and update records, files and document for proper filing.
